File extension pbb information

During mail transfer on asynchronous PC networks, Microsoft Mail creates .PBB files as a unique mail identifier, which is a default mail generator location in the post office subdirectory. This usually occurs all through a remote transition session via the algorithm that creates lock file identification. Prior to the .PBB syntax, the program creates a hexadecimal identifier usually one related to the .MAI file. Once the mailing program generates the .PBB extension, the external executable program uses this to generate information on address files. This is turn leads to spontaneous dispatches to multiple recipients.
If the .PBB lock identification generator is already in use by the time the remote generator tries to access it, then the generator tries to create a .PBC. However, if this is not successful, the generator attempts a combination of letters beginning with .P and two other alphabets. At such, the generator can produce lock identifications up to the .PZZ range. This in turn results in similar mail messages sent to different remote recipients bearing different extension syntaxes. This however only happens when there are concurrent transmissions targeting a large number of recipients.
